c'est la vie

{italian chocolate cream cake at gloria's in provo, ut}

this weekend was wonderful. natalia came to visit and we ate yummy food, watched movies and went to mesa falls (sorry, no pictures, camera cord is still MIA).

one of the highlights was this amazing corn chowder that we made. i always struggle with chowder, but this turned out absolutely deliciously, here's the recipe:

1 can cream of celery soup
1 can chicken OR vegetable broth
3-4 cups frozen corn
3-4 red potatoes, cubed
1/2 white onion, sauteed

we just dumped it all into the crock pot, let it cook for about 7 hours, then devoured.

it was amazing.

did you eat/make anything delicious this weekend?
