keep me warm

every night when we climb into bed, i stick my feet on husband's belly. he almost goes into cardiac arrest, but he is a warrior.

lately i'm just cold. all the time. can't get warm. ugh.

i'm thinking of designing a clothing line called sherpa chic. there would be layers of wool, cashmere, tweed and faux fur from head to toe. and we would be warm.
at last.

this would be sherpa chic baby. all cashmere. yum.

  6. My husband's not quite the warrior--warming my feet on his legs is all he'll allow...

  7. Oooh! That face! Adorable! By the way--your husband must be one heck of a guy. Cold feet on the tummy--Wowza! That's true love.

  8. Oh my goodness. That baby is indeed totally delicious. Wow.

i wish I could send you some of my inner-furnace. I never get cold and have been sleeping with a fan on and my feet uncovered. I think it's from my Norwegian heritage and my Canadian upbringing.

  9. This post is so funny! In our house, my husband has colder feet than I do, he sometimes tries to sneak his feet onto my leg. Then I fight back with my cold feet on his arm.

Your Sherpa Chic line is just what we need for these cold winter months! And that baby is too cute!

  11. Brooke I almost died laughing because I do the SAME EAXCT thing to Collin. i do the same thing with my hands too. actually one time i went to rub his chest/stomach and i guess my hands were so cold he started screaming and his glass of water shot up in the air. it scared me to death! Perhaps a techinque if I ever have to revive him!

  14. brooke--I am cold all the time, too! I feel like I should probably stop wearing fleece hoodies all the time, but I can't bring myself to shed the layers. Please start up that line of clothing soon!;)
